dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the thesis is to assess digital transformation in SMEs like Redwall Solutions Limited, analyzing what drives the need to adapt, the challenges, strategies adopted, and the benefits of adapting to match the demands of the information economy. The thesis includes primary data from Redwall Solutions stakeholders, which was analyzed to answer the main question. The thesis provides descriptive solutions for SMEs who want to partake in digital transformation. The thesis contains a contrast analysis between Redwall Solutions and Siemens AG exposing what it takes to have a successful transformation. The thesis rounds up by answering whether the transformation at Redwall Solutions was a success.
