This study aims to investigate the concept of change management in agile international companies, focusing on the effectiveness of National Instruments Corporation's transition to home office during the pandemic. The study will also investigate the importance and differences of change management in multinational organizations that operate globally. I will use a mixed-methods approach to gather and analyze data. The survey results will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired samples statistics. The survey will be administered to Human Resources and Information Technology employees at National Instruments Corporation to examine their perceptions of the effectiveness of management communication strategies, employee involvement in decision-making, and employee satisfaction levels before and after the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The survey will also assess the use of technology tools and solutions in supporting remote work while the importance and differences of change management in multinational organizations that operate globally will be evaluated. The study's findings will have both theoretical and practical significance and will provide insights that can inform and guide agile international companies in managing change during a crisis.
