Several release mechanisms are involved in the drug release like environmental conditions, diffusion and other physical and chemical conditions but only a couple are deemed prevalent in every release theory. Based on this, most of the mathematical models are developed by inserting constants characterizing important physical and chemical phenomena into an equation that shows the relationships between them. It also shows how much dependence our drug release amount at each point in time and space depends on them and helps us to predict several parameters in some cases.hu_HU
