dc.description.abstractToday's society is an era of rapidly evolving technology. For librarians and patrons, the traditional paper-based and overly manual-dependent management methods are no longer applicable. In order to meet the basic needs of library management and with the concept of human-centered technological development, this thesis introduces a library management system developed using the JavaFX programming language and MySQL database statements.The thesis introduces the preliminary work and basic technical support needed to develop a library management system and shows in detail the implementation of important functions as a patron and administrator, as well as the implementation techniques.
