dc.description.abstractThe thesis introduces a web-based carpooling platform that uses innovative technology to make ride-sharing easier and more practical for everyday travel. It focuses on solving real-life transportation problems by offering a cheap and eco-friendly option for commuters, university students, and working people between the ages of 18 and 45. The platform comes with handy features like a chatbot that helps find available trips, live maps to track the driver's location in real-time, a smart system that recommends fair prices, convenient and secure payment, and a simple setup for passengers to leave their reviews. The design tries hard to keep everything clear and easy to use, even for those who are not familiar with technology. The project also shows how to put together solid and flexible systems while working as a team. All in all, the thesis puts forward a straightforward and helpful idea to make shared travel better.
