This thesis presents the design and development of a virtual reality (VR) application aimed at supporting upper limb rehabilitation for stroke survivors. It addresses key limitations in traditional therapy, such as lack of engagement and limited access, by offering an interactive, customizable, and accessible VR rehabilitation application. The system includes multiple game modes with increasing complexity, real-time performance tracking, and adaptive options for different user abilities. Technical implementation in Unity using Meta Quest hardware demonstrates both practicality and clinical relevance. The project is grounded in current rehabilitation research and emphasizes user-centered design. Overall, it offers a strong foundation for future clinical testing and expansion into broader therapeutic use.
