dc.description.abstractThe focus of this thesis was on improving currently used fans used for cooling and other purposes in device such as computers. I chose this topic because I want to be able to manually or automatically control the speed of the fan in my device. This will consist mainly of a circuit designed using a temperature sensor and a Microcontroller to both manually and automatically adjust the speed of the fan whenever there is a change in ambient temperature. This could be used in other areas of study as explained in the thesishu_HU
