The thesis included related structural characteristics and mechanisms of action of different types of antimicrobial peptides and proteins. Also defense mechanisms and operating mechanisms have been further explored by analyzing the structure and characteristics of various types of antimicrobial peptides and proteins. Some possibilities for using antibacterial peptides and antibacterial proteins as antibacterial drugs are drawn, and their future in developing antibacterial drugs is discussed.hu_HU
