This thesis explores the design and implementation of a healthcare web application focused on appointment scheduling. It addresses real-world problems in patient-doctor interaction by offering a more accessible and organized way to manage medical visits. The application was implemented as a full-stack solution using Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS services. The system introduces multiple user roles, including patients and administrators, each with tailored access and features. User experience was a key priority, with attention to intuitive navigation, responsive design, and clear feedback throughout the booking process.
