Through power supply and transmission systems, electrical energy is transmitted from one location to another. Electrical energy is transmitted and distributed to the consumer at varying voltage levels. The transformers set the voltage level. Electrical energy efficiency is highly dependent on the use of highly appropriate equipment to produce, transmit and distribute this power. The most important factors are the continuous monitoring of the engineered grids and the quickest identification of faults in the grids to provide customers with uninterrupted or limited power interruption. The Circuit breakers and disconnectors used in substations, transmission and distribution networks for safety and control purposes secure the grids against short circuit currents, and the grids are safe in the event of failure. The aim of my dissertation is a grid development for a factory. In present work, I focus on the electrical transmission and distribution system and the inverter used in this network, and select proper switchgears for its protection
