dc.description.abstractWiper motor is among of the essential components in the vehicle manufacturing. Due to the necessity of such component especially in increasing the automobiles and vehicle safety on driving, it is very important to considet the problems arising in them including high stresses resulting in their incompetence in load bearing and durability. This study aims in investigating the optimal approach and design of the wiper motor gear systems to increase their capabilities in handling high loads and increasing their durability. The study also suggests the manufacturing technology for the suggested approach. The methodology and the results of this study are replicable and applicable in the optimization process of other gear train systems.
