This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of differential gene expression in WNT-related pathways using DESeq2, focusing on data from various species, including chick, rat, human, and zebrafish. The study effectively identifies key genes with potential regulatory roles, highlighting significant changes in expression levels across samples. Statistical outputs such as log2 fold change, adjusted p-values, and base mean values were rigorously analyzed to determine biologically relevant trends. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of WNT signaling in developmental and possibly pathological contexts. Overall, the research is well-structured, methodologically sound, and offers valuable insights for future functional and comparative genomics studies. The thesis demonstrates strong analytical skills and thoughtful interpretation of complex genomic data.
