The aim of the research is to explore how companies integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into their decision-making processes and to understand how they incorporate sustainability practices into their strategies and operations. To examine ESG principles, key financial outcomes such as profitability and risk management will be evaluated in order to determine the financial performance in relation to ESG integration. The research also highlights how companies overcome challenges and seize opportunities by aligning their strategies with sustainability goals. The main focus is on companies that have successfully integrated ESG principles into their strategies as they will serve the best case studies for providing insights and guidance on ESG integration into corporate decision-making.
