The Level of Satisfaction of The Syrian Refugees On the services provided by The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Zaatari Camp.
Absztrakt
This study aimed to identify the level of satisfaction of the Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp with the services provided to them by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. This was done by applying a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (300) Syrian refugees who were chosen in an easy way. The results of the study showed that the degree of Syrian refugees' satisfaction in general with the level of the various services provided to them by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Zaatari camp were all of a medium degree. With a total mean of (3.35), all of them came statistically at the significance level (α = 0.05), meaning that there is an acceptable level of services provided by UNHCR to Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the service domains as a whole, according to the gender variable and in favor of females. While there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the areas of services as a whole, depending on the variable number of family members. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are:
- Activating the role of international and local organizations in providing various services to the Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp in a way that helps meet their living, social and family needs.
