This thesis investigates the theoretical Water Bottle Manufacture & Production with exceptional accuracy, with a specific emphasis on virtual modelling, simulation, and optimisation methods. The Polyethylene terephthalate is the chemical that is used in the process to manufacture the plastic water bottle that maybe destined for long term or one time use..The research commences by Reheat of Mould, Blow Moulding of Bottles , Extrusion Blow moulding & Reciprocating blow moulding of bottles. Using sophisticated modelling tools, the thesis introduces an innovative conceptual design to improve accuracy and address typical manufacturing problems. In addition, this research employs the majors engineering management procedures that strive for the lean management of manufacturing plants and factories. The theoretical framework outlined in this thesis provides a roadmap for future academics and engineers aiming to transform these principles into physical manufacturing technologies.. Ultimately, this research introduces an innovative and original concept of manufacturing using SIEMENS Technomatrix that achieves exceptional accuracy, thereby paving the way for progress in the field of Water Bottle manufacturing. The provided theoretical framework provides a clear plan for practical applications, hence creating new opportunities for precise engineering in the Manufactruing and Processing Field.
