This thesis presents the development of a peer-to-peer real estate web platform designed to facilitate accommodation and flatmate searches, along with the sale of unused items. The system aims to address the challenges international students face when seeking housing and roommates. By integrating listing and item sales features, the platform provides a convenient, all-in-one solution. The implementation utilizes modern web technologies to ensure scalability, security, and user-friendliness. A detailed analysis of existing solutions was conducted to identify key gaps, which guided the design and development process. The resulting application demonstrates how technology can streamline the housing search experience and foster community-driven interactions.
