We investigated in this study the effect of copper toxicity on the growth parameters in the root, coleoptile, and the seedlings of MAS 582.D within the first 14-days of seed germination, as well as the enzymatic activity of α -amylase, peroxidases, and polyphenol Peroxidase in the seed in addition to the protein content in the seedlings. A pilot experiment was performed at the beginning for taking reference of Zea Mays L (popcorn maize).hu_HU
