Effective modelling, design and simulation-based project related to develop the complete comprehensive modelling including the system and its components of antilock braking system modelling, designing and implementation of robust optimized efficient and intelligent controller based on Model predictive based control architecture for antilock braking system behavior control behavior of Volkswagen. Initially there will be ensured the literature review related to previous control topologies applied for the developed system model of ABS dynamic system Volkswagen. The mathematical model and defining of system model ensured by using mathematical dynamic equations and slip ratio, braking torque as well as braking distance state will be measured as output for the developed model system of ABS dynamics of Volkswagen. MPC control structure designed, and developed by defining the control horizon, future horizon to predict the next future state, appropriate sampling time value defined and after robust, optimized tuning without any aggression and too fast or too slow dynamic behavior, the effective, robust, optimum MPC controller will be designed, developed and implemented for the system. Dynamic developed model behavior will definitely ensure to like braking pressure, slip ratio response as well as braking distance of the vehicle with Fuzzy logic controller mode of ABS as well comparison ensured with effective acritude of MPC structure. The system response with optimized MPC will be obtained for slip response with optimized, robust tuning MPC ensured by optimization of designed and developed MPC control structure.
