Windows Server 2016 is the last version of Windows Server, which is powered by Microsoft. As we used to from Micorosoft, Windows Server has powered an era of enterprises, from small independent companies to extensive enterprises. Regardless of your IT job, you can pledge that you will be overwhelmed by Windows Server systems sooner or later in your career. My thesis will introduce you to Windows Server 2016 main features and differences from the old versions of Windows Server. But mainly I will focus on the Networking Services in this version, and how it has been developed through years and what are the services that are available in this version. “What to expect from it” and “How it can make a difference” are some of the questions that every user or IT manager will be asking as soon as a new product comes up in the market. This paper of research is going to be advantageous for many people and employees that they are in touch with Windows Server 2016. Windows 2016 is based on a similar base innovation that Windows has been running on for a considerable length of time. Windows Server 2016 is a 64-bit working framework onto which Microsoft includes improvements that give high accessibility, excess, performance, adaptability, and virtualization for the endeavor. A server provides services to either other computers, customers or employees. The subject of networking is critical to these kinds of services. We are talking about high bandwidth, latency, connection speed, availability, and redundancy. Networking services that is going to be covered are DNS (Domain Name System) and WINS (Windows internet name service) and many other services and protocols like DHCP and configuring IPv6 and exploring the IPAM console. We are also going to understand and design the Internet Information Services IIS, along with securing these services and protocols and identifying the threats that can be engaging through these network services.hu_HU
