To summarize this, this thesis has explored how Aspira which is manufacturing facility of soap implemented strategically executed Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for an immense improvement in the production process. One of the most significant ways is to integrate VSM in overcoming operational difficulties and significantly improves efficiency related to production.
