We have isolated Saccharomyces cerevisiae from fruit mash.As we know Saccharomyces cerevisiae produces alcohol in anaerobic conditions.Heavy metals has different effects on the lifecycle of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. So, we did some research on it.We have checked the effect of copper toxicity on the alcohol yield of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Acording to results, copper has adverse effects on the alcohol production of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in high concentrations.
