dc.description.abstractThe thesis explores future expectations for AI in bioinformatics, specifically examining how effectively it can assist specialists in automating repetitive tasks using Python programming. It outlines the steps involved in generating prompts to accomplish these tasks. Test cases focused on the yeast genome, chosen for its well-curated, open-source databases. Three tasks of varying complexity were automated with the assistance of ChatGPT. During which the AI bot effectiveness was determined.
