Developing a web application that can help people in their fitness journey by providing them with the best exercises with an explanation of how to perform the workout and then keeping track of the workouts day by day The website can also give guidelines for the diet structure that the user should follow. The aim of this website is to help people create a workout and nutrition plan to gain their desired physique based on their BMI, which is calculated based on the data provided. Through the website’s design, people are more inclined to stay consistent, as it includes a tracker for their exercises.
