dc.description.abstractWeb standards define an Open Web Platform for application development that has the unprecedented potential to enable developers to build rich interactive experiences, powered by vast data stores that are available on any device. Websites are the most effective way of transmitting and disseminating information to the largest audience in the world. This thesis is about newest technologies, web design techniques and theories in creating a website. Over the past decade, the arrival of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript changed the method of designing a website. The thesis outlines the best approaches to building a modern website and shows examples of projects that are implemented in the approach. It describes things like responsive web design, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and front-end frameworks.hu_HU
