dc.description.abstractThe triglycerides compositions of the 4 different oils four of which are sunflower oil, coconut oil 1 and 2, olive oil was determined by using the mass spectrometer APCI/MS. The results gotten from my experiment deals with triglycerides distributions of the different oils which will be compare to results gotten to a GS/MS reference both from online and from my internship practice in partner with school colleague.hu_HU
