| dc.description.abstract | Construction of a semi-automated database with redefining the SHE structure of an Organization. Implementing tools for effectiveness check for supplier audits. Established an audit frequency system on suppliers. Surveying the suppliers to evaluate results (which proved to be very positive). With the data obtained, a supplier compliance forecasting automated tool was constructed to aid the allocation of costs of the auditing organization for a period of 15-years, decreasing - if not even - eliminating the money loss factor for supplier audit planning, which also aided with date allocation of supplier audits. | |
