This work is regarding Medical Image processing and how we can process images. The fundamental of image processing, the medical imaging systems, and types of digital imaging is explained. The objective of this study creates a panoramic view for a group of images. We used two algorithms to create this. The first is a feature-based algorithm that depends on key points of images. Second, the optical flow depends on the motion of the camera or object. The thesis explained all steps to preparing images to be processed. During this work, I used Python programming language and OpenCV.Also, the challenges of using these two algorithms are explained, as the difference between them is also. The reason for using two algorithms and moving from feature-based to optical flow is explained.hu_HU
