This thesis proposes a solution to the issue of insecure and opaque elections through the development of a decentralized web application. The platform leverages Ethereum Solidity, React, and Hardhat technologies to provide users with secure and transparent means of participating in elections. In addition, the platform also includes social networking features, such as the ability for users to publish posts and store their profile as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) on IPFS. The primary objective of the project is to promote fair and secure elections while providing a decentralized and transparent space for individuals to express their opinions and engage with others. By integrating blockchain technology, the platform offers a tamper-proof and immutable ledger of all election-related data, ensuring transparency and preventing fraud.
