The thesis presents suggestions for appropriate personnel involved in the process: programme developers; institutions, course organizers looking to make more efficient training and policymakers striving to find a balance between costs and standards are provided in each context separately. The study suggests that given the context properly flight simulators have the potential to revolutionize the training by enabling students not just to gain a higher quality of training, but do it safer, faster and cheaper with significant environmental gain and therefore are likely to transform the way future pilots are trained around the globe
