dc.description.abstract	This thesis investigates the causes and mechanism of construction delays in large-scale industrial projects, focusing on the relationship between design changes and supply chain disruptions. Using a case study of a battery manufacturing facility, the research tries to give a perspective that the delays are not isolated incidents, but as an interconnected system.
