This thesis investigates six critical challenges in modern industrial supply chains, including lack of coordination, increased risks, poor efficiency, failed SCIS implementations, cargo loss, and storage shortages. Using real-world data from a production facility, the study analyzes root causes and proposes practical solutions such as digital platforms, strategic risk management, logistics optimization, and warehouse automation. Emphasis is placed on IT integration and human factors in change management. The results offer valuable guidance for manufacturers aiming to enhance supply chain reliability, reduce costs, and boost competitiveness.
