The study employs a mixed-method Strategy combining case studies, quantitative analysis, and experimental validation to ensure Substantial findings. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) methodologies are integrated to evaluate economical and environmental impacts. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural performance simulations, while advanced statistical techniques assessed material strength variations. Compliance with different industry standards (Eurocode 3, AISC, ASTM) and case studies, Further enhance the reliability and validity of the research. The study Summarized that duplex stainless steels retain superior strength and corrosion resistance, allowing for thinner, long-lasting structures that reduce materials usage and environmental impacts. Additionally, Merging comparative studies between steel and alternative materials, along with other sensitive analyses to account for variations in material properties and construction techniques, would enhance the reliability of the findings. Steel structures showed 23-25% lower embodied carbon compared to concrete alternatives.
