dc.description.abstract | Hydropower production will likely be affected by changes in climate. Direct and indirect climate-related adverse effects may impact a hydropower project during its life-cycle. Increased variability of precipitation as well as changes in the timing and extent of glacier and snow-cover melting are likely to have substantial impacts on hydropower production.
