dc.descriptionThe Nagoya Protocol, which aims to enable the countries of origin to benefit from the utilization of their genetic resources they make available, entered into force in 2014. The present study examines the extent to which the Protocol has since proven to be an effective tool in curbing biopiracy, the most common problems that arise in this regard, and the conditions for more effective application.
dc.descriptionA Nagojai Jegyzőkönyv, amelynek célja, hogy a származási országok az általuk rendelkezésre bocsátott genetikai erőforrásaik hasznosításából profitáljanak („access and benefit sharing”–rendszer), 2014-ben lépett hatályba. Jelen tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy a Jegyzőkönyv azóta mennyire bizonyult hatékony eszköznek a biokalózkodás visszaszorítása során, melyek az ezzel kapcsolatosan felmerülő leggyakoribb problémák, s melyek lennének a hatékonyabb alkalmazás feltételei.
