dc.description.abstractA Nagojai Jegyzőkönyv, amelynek célja, hogy a származási országok az általuk rendelkezésre bocsátott genetikai erőforrásaik hasznosításából profitáljanak („access and benefit sharing”-rendszer), 2014-ben lépett hatályba. Jelen tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy a Jegyzőkönyv azóta mennyire bizonyult hatékony eszköznek a biokalózkodás visszaszorítása során, melyek az ezzel kapcsolatosan felmerülő leggyakoribb problémák, s melyek lennének a hatékonyabb alkalmazás feltételei.hu
