In our current era, almost every business is an e-commerce platform in its own unique way, we witness SaaS, CRM-pipelines, Stores, and more, we can safely say that it has emerged as a vital tool, transforming how businesses and individuals engage with markets and transactions. This thesis focuses on the development of a web application designed to streamline the furniture ordering process, addressing the growing need for digital platforms that merge customer convenience with business efficiency. E-commerce platforms not only perform the job of listing items or targeting customers, it has become an industry that activated need for seamless and secure payment systems, machine learning recommendation systems and data engineering. The project in my thesis introduces a unique feature for furniture shopping – a 3D visualizer. Unlike traditional online stores, this platform allows customers to interact with and explore furniture products digitally, simulating a real observation experience as a proof of concept. Customers can view products from different angles, assess textures, and get a sense of scale, making their decision-making process more informed and engaging. This interactive approach provides a competitive advantage in the e-commerce landscape, especially in industries like furniture, where visual and tactile elements are crucial.
