dc.description.abstractThis article takes the practical learning of Company M as a case and the company's product R&D process management as the research object. It discusses and studies how to apply lean thinking and lean management methods to optimize the R&D process. Based on research methods such as learning surveys and case analysis, we gained an in-depth understanding of Company M's existing product R&D process, and through VSM and other tools we discovered issues such as waste in the R&D process, lack of application of lean tools, and low cross-department collaboration efficiency. Then, the R&D process was optimized by introducing the method of combining system engineering and IPD, and the original product R&D process swim lane diagram of M company was improved. Then PDCA continued to improve the six review key points in a continuous cycle and other steps to build a structure for M company. Developed a customized lean R&D plan. It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of product research and development and deliver lean products to customers as quickly as possible.
