dc.description.abstractA pilot experiment for LAMP and qPCR was performed. I was able to perform cell passaging, cell culturing, RNA isolation, and LAMP primer designing successfully. I compared the sensitivity and specificity of qPCR and LAMP in COVID 19 diagnostics. It was gathered that LAMP has a specificity of 100% due to its use of 4-6 specially designed primers and a sensitivity of 99%hu_HU
