The study of the fragmentation of flavonoid compounds using soft ionization mass spectrometry techniques. The general principles of mass spectrometry and flavonoids are studied. The fragmentation pathways are studied for a compound fragmented under two ion modes (positive and negative). The pathways obtained from the fragmentation under the different ion modes are compared. The survival yields and collision energies are calculated for the compound fragmented under the two ion modes.hu_HU
