dc.description.abstractMy thesis presents DebHome, a decentralized real estate marketplace that leverages blockchain technology to improve transparency, security, and efficiency in property transactions. The project utilizes Ethereum-based NFTs to represent property ownership, with smart contracts automating processes such as minting, listing, and ownership transfers. By removing intermediaries and using immutable blockchain records, DebHome addresses key inefficiencies in traditional real estate. The frontend, developed with React and integrated with MetaMask, provides an intuitive interface, ensuring seamless and secure user interactions with the blockchain for real estate activities.
