In my experiment, I prepared multiple testing samples of N-Acryloylmorpholine (NAMO) and N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAm) di-block copolymers by mixing them with ethanol and acetonitrile solvents. The aim was to investigate their thermo-behavior and the aggregation of micelles of both di-block copolymers using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) measurements. I collected and analyzed the scattering data from the copolymer solutions using DLS measurement to determine various important properties, such as the kilocounts per second (kcps) value, which indicates the intensity of the scattered light. Additionally, I obtained insights into the physical properties of the sample, including the size distribution of aggregates. Overall, my experiment enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior of the copolymer solutions, which is crucial for optimizing their performance in different applications. The careful preparation of the samples and the use of DLS measurement were critical in obtaining accurate and reliable data.
