This thesis explores the growing use of online platforms for personal counseling. It highlights both the benefits and challenges of this transition to e-health delivery. The proposed system, built using the MERN stack, includes features like real-time appointment booking, profile management, document uploading, and smart recommendation systems. Doctors can view patient history, respond to health inquiries, and manage consultations efficiently. The platform focuses on usability, ethical data handling, and interoperability with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
