dc.description.abstractThis thesis addresses the gap between complex cybersecurity tools and everyday users by developing "Romdoul", a user-friendly web application for URL threat analysis. The project utilizes the MERN stack to develop a personal ledger application that allows users to store and verify URL safety. The primary feature is translating technical, multi-source scan results into a straightforward, actionable verdict, such as "Safe" or "Malicious". The application leverages two main APIs, Google Web Risk and VirusTotal, to provide reliable threat detections and deliver comprehensive, accurate results. This thesis demonstrates that advanced threat intelligence can be made accessible and trustworthy for non-expert users.
