Using the Event-Processing Chain framework, this thesis effectively points out where AI tools like GPT-4 and Salesforce Einstein can reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency. The integration of real-world examples and AI-powered platforms demonstrates clear improvements in content creation, lead qualification, and task automation. The detailed analysis of AI-driven tools highlights their potential to significantly accelerate marketing workflows and improve lead conversion rates. Overall, the thesis presents a convincing case for AI’s transformative impact on digital marketing and lead management strategies.
