I performed the separation of polymers based on different hydrodynamic radius using GPC and characterized the collected fractions with MALDI to determine all the polymer quantities. The experiments demonstrated the utility of the GPC-MALDI combination to characterize materials that present challenges to either MALDI or GPC alone
