I was able to demonstrate the importance of sample preparation by preparing various unique sample solutions. Which led to the effective characterization of the copolymers using MALDI-TOF MS. The order of spectra was selected based on resolution and signal-to-charge ratio. While the evaluation of the spectra was done using the mass remainder analysis. And with the results obtained, I was able to conclude the polymers wt. % EO content and other quantities.
