dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigates the role of drawbars in enhancing the structural behavior of steel frames. Drawbars, connecting elements used in structural frameworks, play a key role in mitigating various forces and ensuring the stability and overall performance of the structure. The investigation utilizes computational modeling, with the AXIS VM software, to simulate realworld scenarios, allowing for a thorough examination of the dynamic interactions between drawbars and the surrounding structural elements. The results are compared with other steel frame models to gather information on the effects of the drawbar.
