dc.description.abstractThe thesis presents QMobility, an Android-based native application designed to improve queue management and customer experience in busy public spaces such as retail stores, airports, and healthcare facilities. The app offers features such as appointment booking, real-time queue updates, booking history for customers, custom queues, real-time queue updates, and analytics for businesses. The development of QMobility involved a combination of user research, competitive analysis, technical research, and market research. The app's UI/UX design considers factors such as ease of use, accessibility, and visual appeal. QMobility aims to reduce physical contact, improve safety and hygiene in public spaces, and provide insights into customer behavior and needs through reporting and analytics features.
