dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to identify the challenges of the field social workers dealing with IDPs in Syria. Such as challenges related to teamwork, problems of funding and access to work in addition to the problems related to dealing with the displaced directly, such as cultural and religious differences, emotional reactions, and the diversity of their responses to activities. The research provides a comprehensive view of the Syrian society's acceptance of this profession and a full explanation of the situation of the field social worker in Syria, with suggestions for improving this profession.hu_HU
