Synthesis of arabinosylidene-spiro-benzoxazinones and -benzothiazinones for the inhibition of a glactosyltransferase

Abstract

We prepared arbinosylidene spiro-benzoxazinones and benzothiazinones which according to literature and research studies may be inhibitors or substrate of enzyme β4GaIT7, a kwy enzyme in Glycosoaminoglycan synthesis.
