Mongolia’s livestock industry is vital to its economy, yet low-grade sheep wool remains underused despite its potential for organic fertilizer production. The country’s reliance on imported chemical fertilizers increases vulnerability to currency and trade risks. This study evaluates the financial feasibility of establishing a sheep wool fertilizer company through cost, revenue, and risk analysis. The project aims to support rural development, reduce import dependence, and create a sustainable, profitable business. The thesis includes a financial model, scenario analysis, and funding strategy, structured across literature review, methodology, business planning, and conclusion chapters.
